Girl, the biggest piece of advice I can give you on your fit+feminine lifestyle transformation is this: you gotta get OK with doing it MESSY instead of waiting for it to be perfect.
Wait… WTFluff is perfect? This idea of “Perfection” is crippling us… I used to let it cripple me, big time. But I learned (through DECIDED ACTION) to just keep moving forward instead of obsessing about what’s behind me.

Transformation is gonna TEST you. It’s gonna test your resolve… your patience… your willpower. It’s gonna challenge your identity, your comfort zone, your excuses, your weaknesses, your strengths… you’re going to feel vulnerable and raw sometimes.
You gotta take a risk before you can reap the reward. You gotta invest before you can claim a return.
Be ready for growing pains. Get support as fast as you can. Invest in your greatest asset on this earth — YOU.

No one said it was easy — but it’s SO WORTH IT.

It’s not always gonna feel sexy. It’s not gonna be easy. It’s not martinis on the beach with airbrushed buns in bikinis for the rest of your life.

You’re gonna mess up, sometimes. That’s OK — embrace the messy.
You’re gonna look and feel silly, sometimes. I still do!
You’re gonna feel lonely….. Remember, you’re a Unicorn. A fluffing goddess Unicorn. That’s why finding friends & a coach (me!) who love and adore you is SO fundamental to your success.
You’re gonna fall on your face and have to put your big girl panties back on. A lot. It might suck (ok, it definitely will).
You’re gonna wish you would have done something “better”.
But growth is always worth it. That’s what makes it so special. It’s the most beautiful gift I’ve ever (DECIDED) to give myself.

START getting your cute butt in the weights section of your gym… DON’T second guess looking stupid or silly. It’s gonna be fluffing awkward for a bit. It’s gonna be exhausting. It’s gonna be harder some days more than others. It’s gonna be EMPOWERING. Going TO a REAL gym is important (IMHO) because by submersing yourself into an environment specifically dedicated to the kind of physical transformation you’re craving — a place where everyone else sharing the space with you is also full of epic transformational energy as they chase their own growth — you will absorb and embrace the experience on a subconscious level and THAT state of osmosis will have a positive effect on YOU and your journey.
